Although we’d love to hear your lovely voice over the line, if you have booked online through our website and received our confirmation via e-mail, you are set. There is no need to ring and confirm. Just make sure you are at the meeting point on time (at least 15 minutes before the tour departure) with your vouchers. Both the meeting point and time is clearly specified on the voucher.

We strongly suggest to our clients to arrive at the meeting point with a booking.  If you do not book the tour in advance we cannot guarantee that there will be space. Better to be safe than sorry to fully enjoy your holiday!

Yes. We offer reduced rates for children on most of our tours, although the amount varies from tour to tour. When you are making a booking please note that the rate per child is displayed under the adult rate.

We don’t have a minimum number of participants. However, we have a maximum number of participants. The amount varies from tour to tour. We try to keep the groups small in order for everyone to enjoy their experience.

All payments are processed by Paypal, a leader in online transitions.

It necessary to cover your shoulders and knees when entering churches. For the Vatican tours please read the Dress Code.

Any service reserved through our website can be canceled without any charge at least 48 hours before the tour starts.

If your reservation is not cancelled 48 hours in advance, your card will be fully charged.

If you pay with Paypal, the whole amount will be charged at the moment of the reservation.  If you decide to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the actual date of the service, you will be fully refunded.
